Cheese is used in the preparation of many food delicacies and has got an irreplaceable position among food preparatory items. Popular pizza cheese among all is termed as mozzarella. Lots of variation of this type of chesses can be found in the market, varying in quality and style. Being a fresh cheese, it may not be suitable for everyone’s need. Mozzarella is flavored and creamy type of cheeses.  ‘Fresher is better’ is true in the case of buffalo mozzarella. Generally this variety of cheese is packed in water. But keeping mozzarella in water for long time can reduce its flavor and texture.  Buffalo mozzarella is not found outside Italy but its variants are available in other parts of Europe. Cows’ mozzarella is also among the most commonly used cheeses. It is reported to have better taste than the regular type of cheeses.  Grated type of cheeses also taste much better on pizzas. If you want nice flavored cheese, opt for Taleggio. It tastes well when used along with tomatoes, peppers or onions. Ricotta is another type of cheeses that tastes good particularly when mozzarella or parmesan is also used. When summer vegetables also find place in the preparation of pizzas, try using Ricotta, since it gives freshness and light nature to the pizza.
