• Eubacteria are called true bacteria.

• Cell wall of Eubacteria consists of peptidoglycan, techoic acid and liposachcharides.
• Inner to the cell wall, there is a cell membrane, which encloses the cytoplasm.
• Cytoplasm of Eubacteria members contains 70S type of ribosomes, glycogen storage bodies, metachromaffin granules and other particles.
• Cell organelles such as endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi Complex, Plastids and others are absent.
• Eubacteria members include most of the mesophiles.
